  Two guys hogged the computers in the lobby (both looking up inane junk). I paced up and down trying to hint to them that I needed to print a boarding pass (neither took the hint, though they kept looking at me).   the staff were helpful and friendly. we arrived early but were allowed into our room anyway having been inflight for over 13 hours. The breakfast was good. the staff recommended restaurants for dinner. - hotel room was spacious, and accommodations were great, our room looked identical to the room on the web site. Hated to leave!
