The staff was very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my time there with my children and the location was very convenient.
The facilties, my room and bathroom were always kept very clean. The wifi signal was good and breakfast was sufficient for our needs.
Loved that I was able to bring my dog with no additional fee. Continental breakfast was nice and had a good variety.

Convenient to interstate and Tampa attractions.
Upon check in they did not confirm that my pet would be restrained for room cleaning therefore my room was not cleaned the next morning.
For continental breakfast, would be nice if they had two waffle makers to avoid long lines.
No microwave or fridge.
Room was not made up when returning from a days outing.
we had to change rooms 2 times because the rooms were poorly cleaned :(.
Requested a non smoking room and was put in a smoking room. When asked
to change, there were no rooms available. Expected to be reimbursed for
inconvenience. Out of town guest was with me and was quite
uncomfortable.
