I liked the convience to Disneyland. Easy walk, 15 minutes to Disney Town and the tram. We booked two rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my two older children, appreciated the connecting door. It was walking distance from Disneyland, the rooms were clean, there were 3 queen beds for family of 5, nice pool. Staff was great and helpful. I would stay again. It had all the amenities we wanted as well as a good walking distance from Disneyland and a great price.

The price is right. staff was very nice and answered all questions. And liked the covered parking. The staff was really kind to us and gave us traveling information. location was great as well at the cable tv channels available. it was very close to disneyland. the bathroom was so nice. The 3 queen beds were perfect for my family. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Close to Disney, Value, Breakfast. Value for your money and space. The rooms are nice & clean. Every thing was great. Helpful staff. very cheap. we enjoy. Friendly, helpful staff. When we had a problem, they were there within minutes. It was located in walking distance to Disneyland and Down Town Disney. Location. Easy walk to Disneyland. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's near Disney. If someone goes for that purpose than its fine. It was ok for the purpose of my visit. The prise was very good. The location from Disneyland was great!. It was convenient to our destination. Fireworks can be seen from the rooms. Central location within Disney Land. The location of the hotel. owner was very nice. - location is good. Nothing. Nothing. There wasn't anything I didn't like. The parking lot was crowded. The only downside we had was the shower as it was too low down on the wall, any 6ft man has to squat to about 4ft. no snack vending machines available. But there i a gas station across the street too. The advertised free wifi did not exist and the pool that was supposed to be open year round was extremely cold. Also the carpets were extremely dirty. Access to Hotel, Pool small and Jacusi dirty, Parking. Parking facility was too small and the room had a wet floor near the sink. The outside need to be upgraded. Low showerhead. wish it was a little cleaner. breakfast facilities were small. The parking lot is very small and hard to maneuver, there also aren't enough parking spots available. Continental breakfast. The carpet was very dirty. Walking around just inside for a few minutes made our feet turn black. A little far to walk to Disney until we found the shortcut (sometimes you can go thru cast parking lot). While showering the bath tub would fill up with water. If we took our shoes off in the room our feet would turn completely black and disgusting from the dirty carpet. Our key would only work half the time in the door we had to go to the office several times so they could come key us into our room. Lots of mold growing in the bathroom on the ceiling. It's on very side with no downtown on any of its side. I would not saty there if i was on vacation. The area was on the dodgy side. The carpet was so dirty that you had to wear your shoes all the time. The room was clean and airy and did not appear uncared for it was just the carpet. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in!. It needs to be upgraded...floors and carpets add some fruit and yogourt or boiled eggs to the breakfast..there was no protein. Breakfast bar was terrible. Food was stale tasting and bar did not look like this to us on internet. Very deceiving. Also there was no safe in teh building for passports or cash, had to carry these with us all the time. Not a very comfortable feeling. Carpet - as you walk on it the, your fit turns black. No way to walk to Disneyland, if you plan on driving & parking its a great value. But there are no side walks and is NOT a "10 minute walk" like it says. Cockroaches, crappy towels, dirty carpet. Run down property, clean rooms. The bathtub didn't hold water and the pool was way to cold. No hair conditioner tooth paste ect. Hardly any coffee in room. Motel could use some remodeling. Air/fan did not work. Bathroom funky.we asked best way to get to disneyland...owner/front desk told us a 5 minute walk....WRONG !. over a mile ! by 3ed day at midnight too much 75 year old mother. Not good !..great short-cut available if owner/front desk would have taken a moment to tell us !(3 generations women). That place is just crammed into this lost, the parking lot already gives you claustrophobia attack, surrounded by that wall to the east. Looks like a REALLY old place, carpets are old. Dirty, old, spiderwebs, holes in walls. When you turn on a/c the air smelled like a dirty diaper/ urine. When you turn on hot water it made a clanking noise. Sink was a little clogged, oh and the the toilet didnt flush very well. Who wants to see there fecies floating while another person is showering. To leave the hotel it was a one way street, and your literally at the light, so very hard to get out. The pictures that advertise on letsbookhotel.com are nothing to the real deal. The room was dirty, if you walked barefooted or even in socks the bottom would turn black from the filth! There was ants crawling around in the bathroom! And they followed us home in our dirty laundry. And even on a few of us on the ride home. 1. Bathroom was dirty 2. sheets were smelly and were not changed daily 3. Hotel advertised breakfast as being included with the hotel rate however, it was not nearly close to continental breakfast, which is false advertising. Price, breakfast, location. Ants in rooms; hair dryer broken; Microwave did not work properly; advertised had a flat screen TV-not; limited channels on tv; Refrigerator made noise when compressor came on; booked for four people and only had three sets of towels upon arrival- had to request additional towels in morning; carpet looked clean but had dust/dirt- transferred to socks while walking in room. Apart from location, I did not anything else. we were very disappointed in this property and location. very noisy, bathroom had rust, bad patchwork, hot and cold faucets were reversed so kids can get burned. outside dingy. breakfast seemed below usual standard. - stinking room, hard bed, no water. Cost too much and was too dirty. The room had bugs in it, we switched rooms and that one was infested as well, it was extremely dirty, rooms where very dated, the power kept going out, the carpets where so dirty after showering we had to wear our shoes or our feet turned black, the pool was filthy....I wouldn't recomend this hotel to my ex husband!. The room was dirty, and when we was sleeping the bathroom wall broke down, and was scary. It was before 5 am while we was sleeping, we had to move to other room. They didn't apologized for the inconvenient, the front desk got upset when I requested my refund for that night. They only gave me a discount.
