The staff lead by Upali, was family! The room was always clean and stocked well,and each day we would return, to find the beds made up with all of our Amusement park toys and animals decorating the beds and room! The kids loved it, and we felt like family. It was also fun to meet the guests in the parking lot to watch Disney's nightly fireworks! 所有评语 » The staff was phenomenal! Super helpful with all inquiries and generally just friendly. Definitely get bang for your buck. My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights and never once did the staff disappoint. If you ask the management about short cuts to Disney it's only a 5 min walk to the trams so we were able to go in and out of Disney in about 20 min for quick changes or mid day naps no problem. Love this place!. Beautiful color scheme. Modern. Unfortunately we didnt have time to enjoy the pool. My kids enjoyed the variety of breakfast juices.I Liked them sausage muffins. Definately my go to spot in the future if price does not increase. The staff. Upali was fantastic. He was so helpful and immediately responded to any request we had. The other staff were also wonderful even when we had a dead battery in our car - they helped us with a jump start. Very helpful staff ensuring a comfortable stay. Well managed by Upali, who is always around to help out. Located close to Disneyland with all required facilities and comfort.. The room was very clean when we arrived, and the housekeeper continued to keep it that way. Also, the breakfast in the morning was very convenient. Nice selection as well. Very comfortable stay at Best Western Anaheim. The rooms are very spacious & very clean. Reception staff esp. Pali is very friendly & helpful. It was within walking distance to Disney parks. Oddly, I don't have anything negative to say; the overall experience was a great value. Well done!. I have nothing to say here. None. The air conditioner / heater tends to be on the loud side. Also, the traffic from Ball Road is very noisy. We both wore ear plugs at night, which really helped. There was a 17% sales tax added to the bill. If I would have known this ahead of time I would have chosen a different motel. For a 2 Queen beds, the room was very small and congested, no shuttle service to Disneyland resort. Breakfast was very poor. Breakfast is at minimum. My sister doesnt know english so she was upset about T.v no spanish channels.Other than that everything was perfect:-). The room was dirty, it smelled so bad of mold and mildew that we had to keep the window and door open. No shower curtain. Cleaning , aircon to weak . Needs renovation of rooms. I didn't get the rooms that I asked for, I'm not happy about it.
