  The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra charge. She did not have to do this. The - The over-all accommodations! We (this same group) had stayed in the Savannah location two years ago and were very impressed with it.   The hotel is quite close to the airport thus it is a good choice for a "transit hotel". When you arrive at the Orlando Airport you need to Terminal b to the Transportation Floor and find the free phone kiosk and let the Hotel staff know that you arrived and need the shuttle bus to be sent for you. The Chinese resturant the recommended modified a dish to accommodate my dietary restrictions and delivered 2 piping hot meal for us. The refrigerator and microwave in the room allowed us to eat the leftovers for breakfast. My Mom liked the waffle she had at the complementary continental breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport was qick and efficient.

  PRICE !!! We got a AWESOME deal !!! Location is phenomenal. 1min from I-4. There's a publix in front of it. The pools are great for family. They got a exclusive one for the little ones.   Very economical. Good facilities in room for the price, flat screen tv with HBO, coffee maker, iron, not a bad continental breakfast, a clean pool. Very easy drive into city. - Convenience to where we were going (Amway Center for Eagles concert.) the beds were (surprisingly) comfortable.
