When my husband had to call the front desk at 1145 at night due to the people being so loud in the room next to us the security came right away and told them to quite down and then it started again 15 minutes later the security guard was still right there and made sure they stopped!

We came in at midnight on Xmas night and weregretted by a lovely front desk employee who promptly checked us into aroom that was enormous with a great firm bed. We liked the location. We were happy it was a 10 min walk over to Seaworld. There was transportation offered from the Hotel but we preferred to walk the short distance. The design of the resort was very appealing. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. We reserved 3 rooms and were able to check in early.
One of the rooms wasn't ready, but we only waited a short time and were called when it was available. There were plenty of dinning options while we waited. I would stay there a

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated.
