  The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra charge. She did not have to do this.   The hotel is quite close to the airport thus it is a good choice for a "transit hotel". When you arrive at the Orlando Airport you need to Terminal b to the Transportation Floor and find the free phone kiosk and let the Hotel staff know that you arrived and need the shuttle bus to be sent for you. Bare in mind that you pay $40/night and you get free transportation from/to Orlando Airport (mco) then you get a spacious room a good show - We just needed a clean, safe place to spend a night between flights, and this fit the bill. The Chinese resturant the recommended modified a dish to accommodate my dietary restrictions and delivered 2 piping hot meal for us. The refrigerator and microwave in the room allowed us to eat the leftovers for breakfast. My Mom liked the waffle she had at the complementary continental breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport was qick and efficient.

  PRICE !!! We got a AWESOME deal !!! Location is phenomenal. 1min from I-4. There's a publix in front of it. The pools are great for family. They got a exclusive one for the little ones.   This hotel was fabulous. It was suprisingly nice considering theextermely low rate. We came in at midnight on Xmas night and weregretted by a lovely front desk employee who promptly checked us into aroom that was enormous with a great firm bed. She suggested the publicbus to get to Disney ~ 45 minutes and $1.75.   On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. We decided to go to Recep - Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet.
