We didn't really interact with the staff or partake in the continental breakfast. We just wanted a bed to sleep in. I normally sleep with a fan on so when I discovered the AC was loud and stayed on constantly (although not very cold) I was thrilled. Couldn't hear noises from other guests. My mattress looked new.
