Pretty much everything was good about Hawthorn Suites. The room was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We didn't have any problems so we can't comment on how these would have been dealt with - but I would have been very surprised if they hadn't dealt with them perfectly. I lost a contact lens which the staff found. They not only called me to tell me they had found it but offered to put it in a contact case & mail it to me! Exceptional customer service. Thank you very much.
所有评语 » We had the pent house suite, well worth the money, spacious, two bathrooms, amentities were great. Scene 75 is a great place to spend fun time together. Restaurants and shops just a short drive. I liked the layout of the property and the fact that it seemed more like a condo than a hotel room. I had the penthouse suite and was very impressed with the decor and space. Clean spacious well appointed room, courteous staff at all levels, conveniently located to freeway, restaurants and shopping. whole experience was better than expected. Staff worked with me when my checkout changed when my plans did. The breakfast was varied and well maintained. Liked the Wed. lite meal that was offered. The suite was incredible, clean and so comfortable! The night staff was excellent, so was the free hot breakfast with so many options. First time I have stayed at a Hawthorne Inn. Was very please with the accomodations and would book there again in the future. Got a special rate for 2 nights and our queen suite had a full kitchen. Room was quiet and clean. quiet atmosphere in rear units and a nice breakfast. Good value for the money. James was Great!! The staff was courteous & friendly I always felt safe. The breakfasts were excellent. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Full kitchenette, Breakfast variety, comfortable mattress,. Rooms were spacious and cozy, proximity to interstate. The room was very comfortable and was a good value. Value People Cleanliness. The kitchen is very nice and useful. The suite arrangement is also a plus, some work can be done and two people can easily live there for some time. Overall I enjoyed staying there. I liked the room. I liked the pool. The continental breakfast was good. Price was good and the location was decent. The Breakfast was good!!. location. provide more towels. Being an extended stay and feeling like were at home, didnt want housekeeping in everyday, extra towels would have been good. I had driven 1100 miles from Texas and would have really enjoyed a hot tub or even a whirlpool tub in the suite. No gravy available for breakfast. ( very minor complaint, most local motels that offer breakfast have gravy). Stairways not well maintained. Lots of spider eggs and webs. The wood was rails and stairs were a bit warped, cracked and needed painting. We were put in a bottom suite to acommodate my moms arthritis which was great, however it was a room under the penthouse suite on St Patty's day...the guests a whole gaggle were so loud until 5 A.m banging and smashing around we got no sleep and had to drive 12 hours the next day!!! The night person was really great and warned them to settle down, they were quiet for a while but started up again. When I informed the day staff they did not seem concerned. Had to kill three wasps. Could not figure out where they were coming in. Upgrades are needed and were in process. No firewood for the fireplace. I did not receive an invoice at checkout. After I returned home, I found my credit card was charged $190.38 (on Sept 10, when I checked in). Your Confirmation quoted a charge of $141.60 + 13% tax which comes to $160. I will be calling them on this. Rooms a bit cluttered, furniture too big. Carpet was old Some damage to walls. The irresponsiveness of the staff to needs was a downer. The room service was erratic and unreliable. Probably could be solved with more pressure from customers... Housekeeping did not clean the room, make the bed or give clean towels or pick up the dirty ones. Terribly dated. Was rundown and is in serious need of renovation. Asked for housekeeping service and only received new towels. Also reported a broken coffee pot that I left on the counter and it was still there upon my return later that day. The room smelled like smoke, I wear oxygen and that was not good. The carpets were very dirty and worn!!. There were kids in the parking lot until 3:30am. I don;t believe they were even staying at the hotel. They were parked out in the middle of the parking lot (not in spots) and they were carrying on, talking and yelling...laughing loudly. Kept us all up until the wee hours! Can't say I would ever recommend because of this!! I wanted to ask for a partial refund but was so tired and had to be somewhere EARLY!!! It was not good experience!. Booked 2 double suites for relatives. One felt unsafe because the sliding door would not lock and no assistance from staff; other complained of no room service and did not know it was not available on weekend. very old facility and room decor not attractive, cramped quarters, cracked walkway. i booked two rooms for $49 plus tax for one night. My credit card statement shows four room charges, three at $55.49 and another one for $62.29.
