Spacious for a family of 2 adults 2 children. Reasonably clean. Good view of the creek.grocery delivers to the room. It was within our budget but very basic. Location. Very dusty on the outside , windows covered with dust. kitchen with poor quality of appliances. Leaky shower head. Few stains in bathtub. A bit dreary overall. not clean, noisy, poor furnature.
