good hotel nice staff .spacially cleaning section.good location .i have advice all of the person if you are planing to visit R.A.K. be stay capital hotel .for your safe and peace full journy. Free WiFi. Freindly staff. Location (infront of rak Mall). Friendly staff in Reception, good price, very cheap mini-bar. Reasonable Price Front Desk Staff. the price of the rooms.

I liked nothing at alll. very bad hotel. Location. Location. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Laud Music after 10 pm. Curtains needs fixing. No one large bed in standart rooms, only 2 separate what is not mentioned while making reservation. HK Staff smells bad and it took to much time for him to join beds and all this time we had to explain what to do, but anyway it was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Bad smell in the coridors. Red water in the shower and noone came to fix it. We had to wait around 20 minutes before it became clean. All Side & Table lamps are not working. White Towels are not white any more. Crowded by Outsiders. Night Club is Noisy. the noise coming from the band in the bar. the beds are old need to the buy a new one. Too much noise till early morning. Very poor breakfast comparing with the price AED30. noisy night clubs & bars at night. so many drunk strangers & outsiders. Poor booking management: when checking out, the hotel claimed that I made a call to Oman, though I didn't as I know nobody in Oman, and that I've taken potato chips and juice from the Minibar, though there was no such things in there!!. -The constant thumping until 4 am of the nightclubs in the hotel. -The mold growing down the corner of the wall in my room. -The price for the quality of the hotel -The feeling that everything was dirty. Nothing. The pictures were deceitful and made it appear alot more upmarket/nicer than it was. You can everything through the walls including the nightclub six floors down. It has a huge room service menu but we ordered seven different items from it and they were unable to make any including a salad!!!!!!. Everything... This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, and i have stayed in some down market hotels around the world. The hotel is filthy!!!! from the reception desk, the elevators and the rooms, filthy!!! I would never stay at the Capital Hotel ever again... To make matters worse, the hotel is only a few years old, but it looks like it has not been cleaned since it first opened. Dreadful place. The noise from the indian night clubs dirty not suitable for family at all gays all over the place ( i mean it) Prostitution #$#¥. The stuff are so rude.and the security are from nigeria they have bad smell and did not trat us good.plus the hotel is very noisy.dirty. i dont like any thing very very very bad hotel. It got 6 night clubs and 3 bars ..it gets noisy. Poor maintenance lights fan not working bathroom not clean the. The room was dirty and the towel was dirty the worst hotel ever also they forget to give my id back. Night club on first floor - noise and vibration until 4am. Bed clothes were not clean, room unclean. Do not recomand it. The Hotel is very poorly managed. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.
