  This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He also gave me directions to many places to visit while in the city. Front desk girls were so helpful, spoke excellent english and always went out of their way to accommodate any request I had.
