  My stay at this hotel was the most pleasant of surprises in my 40 plus years of traveling. Looking for a hotel in a strange city, I was referred online to several hotels that friends in Odessa warned me away from. It is somewhat dark at the front desk, but very elegant with a lot of mahogany and granite; like an old schoo - We stayed in a lovely suite with a balcony overlooking the park. The hotel was beautifully decorated throughout and the staff were very friendly, responsive and had good English language skills (always a bonus!) Breakfast was great with a variety of options for everyone. We also had a small celebration in the restaurant - the food was absolutely delicious, especially the seasonal specialties and the Indian cuisine. We had a fantastic time in Odessa and will be definitely coming back!

  It was my not first visit to Odessa, but first stay in Lotos Apartments. Everything was excellent, including staff. Had all facilities working. I liked the idea "breakfast to room" very much. The location of apartment is not hard to find as some people reviewed, but for the first time visitors, it could be hard. Suggested to a - It had a very good feeling about the place and was in a very good setting for travelling around Odessa. It was very clean and well set out and the bathroom was good. The service was excellent and it was very clean and the cost was very reasonable. We are already planning to go to the same place again on the basis of our positive experiences.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel (we stayed at the Superior Apartment, which was huge (70 sq.meters), and it had everything an apartment should have. So we felt like home. Girls at the reception (especially Inga) were really nice and friendly. And helpful as well. Larisa and Vitaliy have been amazing and very welcoming hosts. These kind of people create that kind of atmosphere that makes you want come back. If I ever go back to Odessa I will definitely stay with them again. Highly recommended place.

  An extremely comfortable and stylish apartment, lovely and warm with easily adjusted gas boiler. The layout of the room with the Mezzanine bed space was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful - my lack of Ukranian/Russian was easily overcome even by those who did not speak much English.
