  An extremely comfortable and stylish apartment, lovely and warm with easily adjusted gas boiler. The layout of the room with the Mezzanine bed space was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful - my lack of Ukranian/Russian was easily overcome even by those who did not speak much English.   I just spent a week at SPA Hotel Maristella (Oct. 11-18). This hotel is very close to the beach so the location is ideal for warm and swimming weather. It was already too cold for that, so I spent most of my free time taking taxis to the city. That's about 20 minutes away and about $10 each way.   We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel (we stayed at the Superior Apartment, which was huge (70 sq.meters), and it had everything an apartment should have. So we felt like home.   I enjoyed my stay and found it easy to get on with the staff who on the whole were very helpful.My Russian language is shocking but the staff helped with my needs - Really nice and supportive stuff. Nice view from the window (I had a room in the 10th floor and saw all the city and as well the see).

  I thought that Vera ( the receptionist) was really terrific - she was so very, very helpful, English was fluent, and she helped me out in so many ways. She is the reason i would stay again!!!!
