  Actually one of the best hotels we ever stayed in Ukraine. It is newly developed, very clean hotel with big non-smoking (!) rooms. Our room had a big balcony - very enjoying. Hotel was wonderful but even if there is something wrong you should see Svetlana's smile and forget all faults :)) I also liked the boy who brought my breakfast to my room, he is very nice guy and decent..   The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value. It was great - The service and attitude of staff was excellent. Breakfast, for me, was a particular high point being a British style buffet.

  This almost brand new hotel is a very good place to stay in Kharkov. The facilities are huge and the services are perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.
