  We had a lovely friendly stay in homely surroundings with fabulous breakfasts. We were also given much information in relation to places to visit which was very helpful for our first visit to the lakes. The Mews is very well placed for accessing trains and buses as well as a lovely walk to the lakeside.   excellent value and comfortable - Very friendly owners, I wouldn't feel awkard asking for something. Good central position and vey quiet at night. Roooms were very clean and tidy and beds were comfortable, something I find very rarely when I travel. Excellent breakfast and we were made very welcome. I would not hesitate to book again.
