  excellent value and comfortable - Very friendly owners, I wouldn't feel awkard asking for something. Good central position and vey quiet at night. Roooms were very clean and tidy and beds were comfortable, something I find very rarely when I travel. Excellent breakfast and we were made very welcome. I would not hesitate to book again.

  Ian was a very good host, he was friendly and informative and easy to talk to. This stay was made more enjoyable with his personal touch. He prepared delightful English & Vegetarian breakfasts for us. We loved his mushrooms and coffee. The room is small but cosy. Decorators were coming in as we were leaving so hotel is making effort. Wi-Fi very fast and reliable.
