Location - so close to park and splashzone Great breakfast, juice, cereal, toast, bacon, sausage, egg, yoghurts were all in plentiful supply Lovely big rooms, my daughter loved the Kid's den with the treehouse bunkbeds, with two tv's and dvd players.I would say this was a must if you can afford to upgrade to the family suite. Added bonus was the evening mini disco and bed time story, milk and cookies!!!! Food in the evening was good too. Can't enthuse enough about this hotel, great price, gre.
所有评语 » The hotel and the room were fantastic. Modern comfortable and warm as the staff put the heating on for us. The young guy at the desk opened the door for us at after 1am with a big smile and said he'd been expecting us. The room had banners up as we were just married that day, there was a ballon and wine and a card signed by the staff. The breakfast in the morning was spot on and the late checkout was perfect. All in all the best hotel we have stayed in. I have already posted a link to your site. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and was in the process of being painted even though it has only been open for a year. Breakfast was very good, self service hot & cold buffet. The bar area and dining room though small were adequate but I would think at the height of season when the children are not at school it could be a squeeze. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, tea & coffee making facilities and the large television made the stay very enjoyable. Reception staff extremely hel. We arrived on a very busy Easter weekend for a birthday treat for our son. Unfortunately there was a mistake with our booking. However, the two reception staff could not have been more helpful and apologetic and quickly turned this round. We consequently had a very enjoyable and happy stay, which our son absolutely loved and said it was the best hotel ever! Well recommended for families with young children. Friendly staff, approachable, with a smile. Accommodate convenient for purpose of visit to the Gulliver's Theme park. In comparison to staff at the Theme Park, hotel staff were excellent with customer service. Room was a lovely layout, great for the kids. Cost of room was our own choice although was only the cheapest available. Gullivers was at an excellent location, with friendly warm welcome, staff were helpful and polite, the hotel was very family friendly, our children are very little but nobody minded. It was a great stay, the room was clean and beautiful.we visited the theme park on our visit and it was a brilliant mini break. Great hotel in many ways. Comfortable, easily accessible and definitely value for money. It is also unusual to fond the offer if takeaways running along side a decent menu. No need really as food was great and quite affordable. Just means you can get a takeaway and eat in comfort using restaurant facilities. The rooms were beautiful clean and a good size. the staff were friendly and easy to talk too,and only toohappy to help out with anything we required..Amenities were close by like asda and petrol station,also near the main road for access north or south. Great staff, very friendly and happy to help. Room was very comfortable, loved the bed and very clean. Breakfast was good, nicely cooked and plenty to eat. Would definitely recommend to others. It was warm, friendly, good value, lovely large room, one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Quiet, good wi-fi, nice setting, quirky design, nice touches like the library and drinks not overpriced. Very attentive staff throughout our visit. We stayed in an Exec Double and particularly liked the fresh filter coffee maker in the bedroom, very USA. Accessible location and pleasant surroundings. Hotel is brand new and very nice. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Flat screen Telly with DVD player in the room was a nice touch. Staff also very friendly!!. Very child friendly and perfectly located for the attraction for which it was intended. It is well designed both inside and out. Rooms reflect the initial image of the hotel. Everything,the place is comfortable and the staff friendly. I had a very minor problem and I feel the staff went out of their way to solve this issue, great team. The excellent value for money especially if you are a family. The children's sleeping area was amazing, our children would have loved it but are now grown up!. Big enought room for family stay (2 adults and 2 children). Cost effective and kids menue at the restaurant is good. I think the room using IKEA furnitures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The outer door from reception could do with a soft door closure being fitted to prevent the door from slamming shut during the late evening and early morning when guests arrived or departed. A very, very minor irritation in the full context of our stay. Nothing relating to the Gullivers Hotel - just the experience of spending a day at the Gulliver's Theme Park, was ridiculous. Shame they didn't work well for customer support as those in the Gullivers Hotel. Everything was great. no fridge in room which would have been good for us for baby bottles and milk to be kept. nothing at all. The bar/lounge area felt quite cramped, a few too many chairs maybe? Having my car bumped into in the car park and no CCTV to track the driver who didn't leave their details!. Gullivers world itself felt tired and in need of investment/general maintenance. Breakfast restaurant at gullivers world felt 'cheap' compared to hotel facilities. Have to say food wasn't the best. Buffet breakfast was not good at all, not helped by the fact that they put cheap ketchup into old Heinz bottles and think you won't notice!. Nothing. Nothing everything was perfect!. I do not have any complain. The bathroom in room 101 was too noisy. Some plates and forks were not cleaned properly. The heater in room 107 was very noisy that it wakes you up in the middle of the night. Breakfast is a bit basic,. the breakfast !!!!!!!. the only slight negative was that breakfast was a bit chaotic. The breakfast could be better. Choice of menu items for evening meals could have been a bit more varied!. I booked an executive suite through letsbookhotel.com, but when I arrived I was given a family room as they had no executive suites left. I had hoped someone might have phoned me to ask 'did I still want to continue with my booking since my room selection wasn't available before I actually arrived'. I felt I had been mislead, sold something that wasn't available. Saussages poor quality, room not stocked with coffee/biscuits etc on second night. staff didnt inform us of hotel facilities, food in american diner was average. Dining area little small and cramped. Design here slightly reminded me of a 1970's setting. "Life On Mars"!?. n/a. Didnt know about outside facilities of the hotel until we were leaving. Got to get down early for breakfast as they ran out of food. The evening entertainment was very loud and we we're put in a room right next to the disco even though I had a 1 year old who went to bed early. As I had to put the age of the children on the booking why put me in a room next to very loud music?. Staff were not particularly welcoming and did not seem very cheerful. 2 big light shades in front of the TV in the dining room meant the TV was obscured from almost any position. I only had 1 night there, I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were not trained well. Customer service was not professional. Food wasw of a low standard.
