Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful in all areas. The room was spacious and basic but had all the necessities and was clean and well serviced. Bathroom lovely. Meals were tasty and well prepared and presented. Breakfast outstanding. Location almost in the town centre but in a country setting. Car parking very convenient. I got an absolutely excellent night's sleep on all three nights. The beds were extremely comfortable and allowing a choice of pillows is just fantastic. The room was also very quiet: I couldn't hear my neighbours until I went into the corridor. The receptionist who checked me in was super-helpful and welcoming.
所有评语 » Desk to work from in room. Wifi. Friendly helpful staff. Great location, only 5 minutes walk from town center, railway station and the training center I was based at for the week. I asked for and got a quiet room away from lift / staircase. hotel was clean and tidy and comfortable. close to town centre. Staff at adjoining Eating Inn are extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and they remembered us (in a good way!) Visit nearby Walton Hall for good walk. On arrival the female member of staff was excellent, welcoming,knowledgeable but not gushing.Breakfast was cooked to order not buffet style which is often less than hot-. The most quiet hotel I have ever stayed at...am now 68.....not sure how many were in the hotel..but whatever...it was peaceful from inside and outside.... friendly staff clean,warm,comfortable room with lashings of hot water. lovely,friendly pub next door with excellent value for money, well cooked breakfast. The staff were exceptional. I was visiting a friend in hospital and the staff couldn't have been more helpful regarding taxi's and evening meal. Staff were truly excellent, going the extra mile where possible. The best in any Premier Inn we've stayed in. The eating place across road was excellent. Staff were very friendly and proficient in thier duites. Great friendly staff,great location for festival we attended. lovely food in bar next door. Receptionists on duty friendly; nice atmosphere; room clean & spacious and bed comfy. Staff in both the hotel and pub/restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The location to were I needed to work. Receptionist very friendly when I arrived and on morning I left, very helpful. very confortable beds friendly staff. Internet free or 24 h. The Pub at the side of it was good and the location is ok , also there is a village hotel at the side. Practically nothing. Would definitely stay again, if only for the lovely attitude of all the staff. The wifi was only free for 30 minutes, there were no plug points next to the bed, so I couldn't keep my phone (I use it as a clock and alarm) next to me overnight as I charged it. Not applicable. Met all my requirements. railway is a bit close. The only fault with breakfast was the vacuum flasks with hot water for tea.I like tea with boiling water.We struggled to find the place as the sat nav insisted we went down a tow path to a dead end by the river which we later found out was at the back of the hotel.The only small thing for me in the room was the bed was a little firm for my liking but then you rightly cater for everyone not just me. bit stressed on arrival to sort out what to do with shower ..it looked broken..and not sure if was supposed to use mixer taps or not...but figured it out....but..does need some explanation!!..food and drink fair and fair priced.... We were initially assigned a room that faced the railway line. The problem is that is that it serves Freight trains and they made an infernal racket from about 4:00 am in the morning. However. on mentioning this we were moved rooms virtually straight away and given a refund for one night. Becky was really helpful in this regard. too short a stay. nothing. pillows too puffy!. Bed was a little too hard for me but guess down to individual taste,but did find quite uncomfortable . The room was too hot (a fan was provided) but would have preferred not to have the noise. Hard to find, but I probably should have looked into that further before I booked. Was ok once I knew where it was, but even taxi driver unsure at first. Rooms ok, but table for working small. Internet free only 24 h. its old and tatty, needs to look like the ones on the tv ads, i would have moved to the village at the side of it but it was fully booked,.
