  Staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a good atmopsphere in all areas of the hotel. I left my phone charger in my room on departure and they were great about sending it on to me, very efficient!   Really loved the park hotel. Lovely decor with two lounges and a nice bar. Bar meals very reasonably priced. We were upgraded from a standard room to a family room on arrival, room no 3 which was really nice with lovely views of the harbour. Outside nice seating area with the view. The hotel in my opinion is the best positioned hotel in Tenby lovel - Staff were very obliging. Beakfast was served to you which is a novelty these days and all the staff were polite, helpful and had time for a word with you. Would not suit any one disabled because there were a lot of steps, despite there being a lift, the steps needed negoiating for reception breakfast etc. The view at the hotel over Tenby was a 10 out of 10 but you need to appreciate the hotel is positioned on a hill so you need to be able to walk up and down to get in to Tenby and back.

Lovely welcome by the staff most welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely and spacious, with lot's of character. The meals are excellent especially the evening meal. Compliments to the chief. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Would stay again. Wonderful! Thank you, just wished we had stayed longer.

  Everything was outstanding, we have'nt stopped in the giltar for a few years, but on our arrival I was amazed at how different it was. It said on the web site that it was being refurbished, it was stunning. The staff are all really friendly. And the breakfast was amazing. Everything about our stay - We love Tenby and normally stay in another hotel but went for Giltar this time. Hotel is lovely, and in middle of refurbing the rooms which will make all the differecne when all rooms are upgraded. We, unfortunately did not have one of these rooms, but we did have a sea view. Breakfast was very nice, good quality foods, excellent staff service and good coffee!!

  We arrived early for our stay and the staff did everything to get our accommodation ready.We had a warm welcome from the staff who were all very friendly. We stayed in the Dovecotes which was ample accommodation for my daughters and myself. The property had everything you could need .   We liked the staff who were very obliging. The location and views were beautiful and only a short picturesue walk into town. It has the best of both worlds. The bedrooms were spotless with plenty of milk and tea/ coffee. Spectacular views across to Caldey and St Margaret's islands ant the distant Gower Peninsula. Pembrokeshire Coast National Park all around. Kinloch Court is in a great location, spectacular views, near the beach, quiet at night but close enough to the town centre. It is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is satisfying.
