I have just returned from a 5 night stay in this stunning building and can, hand on heart, say I will be back as soon as I can. I was in Phoebe room, set out as a twin room, staying with my mum. Mum has mobility problems, so we were immediately offered the ground floor room when it came available on our second night, however, on seeing the view from Phoebe, there was no way we were moving rooms! The room was beyond comfortable and I slept like a baby. High quality bed linens & furnishings; .

Wow what a great decision that was, the whole house is fabulous, full of character, spotlessly clean, stylish and beautifully appointed. Greeted wonderfully by the owners, a Devon home made cream tea on arrival in their beautiful sitting room in big leather chairs. The room we stayed in was called Pickle on the ground floor, the bedroom was so comfy, we had a fridge with complementary water, milk and soft drinks, real coffee . Returned to stay here for another night whilst in the area, could not wait to stay here again it is such a beautiful house. The home made cream tea, coffee and tea on arrival is a real treat and the hosts Anne and Andy really make you feel welcome. The bedroom is so comfortable and you get a really good nights sleep in the comfortable bed, great free view TV and DVD with plenty of DVDs to choose from and even home made cookies and plenty of drinks in the bedroom. The free WiFi is really good an. Anne and Andy went that extra step to make sure we had a fantastic time, I felt more like a family member they are so approachable and thoughtfull. Home made scones, jams, biscuits, bread, local quality produce served what more can you ask for, ask Anne for a bowl of her porridge, it's awesome. Great advice from them on local places to eat and drink, we could not have asked for or expected more, they are top notch hosts. Minadabb Cottage is so quaint we never wanted to come home it was that wel. The Minadab Cottage = perfect. We enjoyed our stay. What can we say - we loved everything: the warm welcome, the luxury rooms (the bathroom is completely new and has nice toileteries), the incredible breakfast (fresh fruits, cereals, home-made bread and plentiful other choices you can make). In the room you will find everything you need plus home-made cookies and a little fridge. Viewing the seafront is wonderful (Tipp: you can walk down the hill on a small path with spectacular views). The own. Another lovely stay in the charming Minadab Cottage. This is our third stay and the place is as cosy and welcoming as ever. If anything it is getting better, as Anne and Andy are constantly trying to improve the visitor's stay. Rooms are cosy, with fresh local organic milk in the fridge for your tea or fresh coffee ... to go with the homemade biscuits! The breakfasts are excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit salad and breakfasts cooked to order using local ingredients. All t. The room had constantly replenished homemade cookies, real coffee and proper milk; as well as a dvd player and a. Magical to arrive at this old thatched cottage with commanding view over the sea and entry through a garden. The immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms the huge selection of DVD entertainment everything made our short stay perfect. Even our border collie was given a warm welcome. Our stay was not long enough. I am very pleased with my stay at Minadab. I have travelled extensively both internationally and at home for over 30 years and have never experienced such a perfect place to stay. Anne and Andy have created a superb atmosphere to stay in. The attention to detail in the rooms is exceptional and the warmness of the welcome we received was second to none. I would struggle to recommend this place too much because I don't want to share it with anyone!!!. The accommodation is beautiful and the hosts are exceptional. My mother came with us and stayed in the ground floor suite which was excellent as she is disabled and finds it difficult to walk. Breakfast was superb and complimentary biscuits ANC drinks in the room made us feel so welcome.
