  The location is great right on the sea front in the centre of skegness.Our room was a double sea view with a balcony which was just great.Very clean and comfortable nice and quite to say it was on the sea front.Breakfast was loverly plenty of choice and the english breakfast was one of the best.Overall we cant wait to return and recommend this hot... 别人怎么说 » el to anyone young,old and familys it was for everyone. - We had been invited down for a family wedding and were able to change into our attire upon arrival. The room was comfortable a little cramped but more than adequate for the one night stay. Plenty of tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was very nice and a grand selection of items to choose from. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

  Lovely staff who were happy to help out with directions, recommendations for restaurants and so on! My partner even got given a card on his birthday which was touching! As a young couple it was also nice to have our own key so we could come and go as we pleased.   A central location, close to the beach and South Pier. Easily found with a public car park adjacent. The carpets and furnishings were excepionally clean and modern. The en-suite room could have been taken out of the small, family hotel and placed in a much larger hotel and you would not know. We looked for somewhere that wasn't too far from the sea front and all main attractions and we wasn't dissapointed at all. The owners went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed and had an enjoyable stay. They were on hand - Me and my 15 yr old son recently stayed here. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and the atmosphere among all the guests mirrored this. We only had the breakfast, but it was lovely and set us up for the day ahead. Our room was clean and spacious, warm and daily attention was given to it by chris and melanie. I couldnt fault any of our stay.
