  The location was perfect for getting to my customer in time the next day which is why I chose Oak House. They phoned me prior to arrival to check what time I would be there as there isn't a reception as such with it just being a B&B. The room was comfortable and well enough equipped for my needs.   The Hotel is well situated for a variety of locations in the area, giving a great hub to make journeys from. Grains Bar Staff were the most welcoming people you could hope for, making you feel like friends rather than travellers. The rooms were ample size for our needs and the setups for each room were exactly as requested. If I was travelling with just my family, I'd de - the location is lovely with views over the saddleworth moor. the rooms well accommodating my needs . the full English breakfast very nice and filling setting me up for the day. the staff so very helpful and couldn't do enough to help. always eager to chat. Will be returning in the future.

Very friendly and accommodating. The staff at the John Milne next door were also amazingly friendly - especially the breakfast staff who made my stay. When the general manager greeted me at breakfast calling me smiler i knew they were good a happy bunch.
