My wife and I had been traveling around the Uk for 2 months this was our last day before flying back to Australia we wished we had planned to stay more time in this great hotel.One of the best value for money hotels in the UK and the most comfortable beds we had slept in since leaving home .We would stay there again and will reccomend this great hotel to others.See you next time we are in the UK.
所有评语 » Staff were very friendly- quickly booked me a taxi. I asked how far Richmond centre was and not only given a local map but shown where we were. The hotel was about 5 minutes walk away. Very convenient to the tube which was good as I arrived in the dark. Spotlessly clean. I would stay there again. For the continental breakfast there was a good selection of food. Thanks to all concerned. Lovely friendly and courteous staff, the room exceeded what we expected from this price range, and included a well stocked tea and coffee tray,good continental breakfast, partner had the cooked which he enjoyed, excellent location for central London, 5 minute walk from the hotel to the train station.10 minutes easy walk to Kew Gardens, Richmond is a lovely place in its own right. I booked here originally 1 night on a Saturday as I was attending a party close by. I have never seen a hotel this clean !! The beds were so very comfy and the staff were very helpful !! It's 5 mins walk from Richmond train station and 10 mins from the river !!! The continental breakfast was great to !! I loved it so much stayed an extra night !! Keep up the good work. the location was ideal for the train station and attractions. the hotel was very comfortable with an warm relaxed atmosphere. the staff were very friendly, helpful and there was always someone on the desk to welcome you in or to give advice if you asked.we thought the buffet breakfast very good always well supplied and a good assortment even at the end of service. Lovely hotel - room was spotless and very large. The staff were friendly and extremely helpfull - couldn't fault it and will definately book again. 5 mins walk from the main Richmond shopping area - perfect location. It is directly under the Heathrow flight path but this did not detract from our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The location is great and convenient for the train station, with Richmond itself a short walk away. The continental breakfast is basic but sufficient. You can always pay a little extra for a cooked breakfast. Fantastic location; very helpful and friendly staff; excellent checking and check out; comfortable room; large room and large bathroom.upgrade to full English breakfast was worth the 9 pounds. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again very happily. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay, a 2 minute walk from the town centre and also close to the tube. The room was large and very comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Red Cow just opposite has some very good beers too!. The taxi that got ordered for us ripped us off big time get the train. for us there was really nothing to dislike!. No complaints. Continental breakfast was not great and dining room crowded at 0930 sunday - waiting for a table was hit and miss with people jumping at tables as they became vacant. A proper management of people waiting would have helped. Nothing to mention here. The hotel is apparently directly under the Heathrow landing pattern. You could hear jets starting at about 6:00 am. Also there was a lack of electrical outlets in the bathroom. My only reservation was that the car parking arrangements are misleading as you say there is no need to reserve a place but in fact you should say that parking is on a first come first serve basis and fairly limited. Apprehensive about downstairs room but it turned out to be no problem. Nothing we felt negative about. Parking is in limited supply and the problem is that the surrounding road has expensive 'pay and display' parking, it's not really the hotel's fault. Thought charging extra for coffee at breakfast was a little bit excessive. It's not so close to London city but the underground metro is 5mins walk so no biggie. The breakfast really let the hotel down. The ham was a really cheap cut, rolled to disguise the fact it came from a can! The prepacked cheese was tasteless and cheap, too. The food was more fitting for a one or two star hotel!. There was nothing that we did not like. Difficult to get a pushchair in and out of the hotel. Take ear plugs if you are not used to planes flying overhead (although this is not all night). The continental breakfast was better than the cooked breakfast. Nothing was bad all fine except checkin at 3.00 and out at 11.00 would be better if it was 2.00 and 12.00. Had to boil the kettle on the floor as the lead was too short! English breakfast used budget ingredients. Small breakfast room so it felt like we were sitting on top of each other. no evening meal option, limited parking. I did not experience any downsides to this stay. Nothing comes to mind. as mentioned aircraft noise, cooked breakfast £9.00 extra!!. Prices can be high but all Richmond hotels tend to be expensive. The Carpark was too small, however the staff at the desk were very helpful with parking. The sink in the room didn't drain properly (it took about 10 minutes!). Decor was a little dated. N/A. Breakfast was awful. One very flat hard pillow per person. Woke up with neck ache even after trying to pack a large towel under. If I were being picky: The wifi signal was a bit weak. Some guests were noisy when in the hall. No room service food. Nothing... forgive the double negative. Thought I had booked a four star hotel at a bargain price - turns out it has four "Guest House" stars not Hotel Stars. Felt a little misled as the name is Richmond Inn Hotel. Inadequate parking. Very poor breakfast. Nothing, really. Shower was poor. Nothing. It was odd that the only way to use the hot water kettle was to put it on the floor -- the cord would not otherwise reach the socket. Disappointing that only one regular and one decaf of very bad coffee were available in the room. Nothing at all!!!!. Couldn't open the window to get fresh air and the kettle was temperamental.
