Nice location the people were nice and the views are to dye for nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean overall for the price it was great.
I was greeted by such a friendly staff member and nothing was too much trouble for her to make my stay enjoyable. Great breakfast. Parking on site.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bedroom and en-suite were clean and tidy. We had an excellent view over the golf course and the clubhouse facilities were as expected.
Copious breakfasts; good shower; pleasant and accommodating staff.
The bed was OK.
No breakfast on the morning.
The bedroom and facilities were particularly tired and in need of complete refurbishment (we understand this is an ongoing process].Our room was immediately below the evening's Karaoke entertainment!.
No chair / armchair in the room so watching TV meant having to sit on the bed; decor a bit jaded throughout; would have liked a double bed; booking form suggested I had a sea view (I didn't!).
The place looks tired and that's being polite. Everywhere needs a good clean and a coat of paint. Not impressed by the pile of dirty towels left on the floor!.
