  The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal.   The whole experience was very good, we used your Hotel as a stop halfway to Cornwall for a weeks holiday and liked it so much that we decided to stop with you on our return. - The hotel was really quiet when we stayed, we even had the leisure centre/gym to ourselves!
