  The staff were all very friendly and attentive, the meal in the restaurant was excellent and the hotel throughout is furnished to a high standard. Unfortunately the best one can say about most hotels is that service was indifferent.. The Old Bell set the standard. They could not have done it better. Obviously thought and a lot of hard work to achieve what they have. The restauraunt was outstanding as well. We are normally a tough bunch to please!

  The whole experience was very good, we used your Hotel as a stop halfway to Cornwall for a weeks holiday and liked it so much that we decided to stop with you on our return. - The hotel was really quiet when we stayed, we even had the leisure centre/gym to ourselves!   My sisters and I met up to go shopping in Swindon. We usually just meet for the day as Swindon is a half way mark. We decided it would be nice to catch up the night before over a meal and then go shopping. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. - Very professional and friendly staff, good service.

  The staff were great and excellent customer service. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture. Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less.
