  Peter and Bernie, as well as their family and staff made you feel at home. They allowed us to check-in early, as we were very tired from our overnight flight from the states.   The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant.   The best hotel I have stayed so far in London. This is my second stay at this hotel and it won't be my last. This hotel is in the Bayswater section of London which is my favourite area of London just a short walk from 2 underground stations (Bayswater and Queensway), and 400 mts from the Hyde Park´s north entrance. Very kind and courteous front desk s - Good value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet offered a big variety and the food was excellent. But what makes the real difference to similar places in this price range is the cheerfulness of the staff, be it at the front desk or in the breakfast room. They really made me feel at home. Especially Alba and Daniela can make your day just with a smile.
