  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  very clean - the location was spot on , for our stay , theatre and shopping, the staff deserve praise, they were very friendly and very helpful, they made the stya more enjoyable as we felt we were not just another face passing through.   We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared.   the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.
