  Best hotel we have stayed in years. Such truly nice a caring staff, full of helpful information. Hotel very clean and an excellent buffet breakfast with a wide selection.   The room was nice clean with comfortable beds and an excellent location (like 20 min far from Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, etc. ), also after check out I could leave my luggages there and I did not need to carry them all my way through the city before going to the airport.
