  We were given a great welcome by a delightful Spanish employee and as we were keen to see the Tour of Britain cycle race stage finish in Gateshead he allocated us a room with a view - we were very grateful.The dining room staff at breakfast set a high standard of service.   It was Home from home weather you were on a leisure weekend or business you were made to feel very welcome nothing was to much trouble, food was excellent. would recommend kingsmere Guest House. Has all its original feature for the property.
