  Everything about out stay was excellent, upon arrival we were met by the owner who was very friendly, the room was perfect for our needs, on the small side but this did not bother us as we didn't expect a mansion nor did we go to spend all day in the room, we had a tv with build in DVD, on suite, a kettle and refreshments and free wifi which was v... 别人怎么说 » ery quick, you could also borrow books or DVDs to use in your room, the bed was clean and very very soft, too soft for us as we prefere firm mattresse - I stayed with my girlfriend for a night at the sandcastle guest house and i loved every minute of it. The room we stayed in was absolutely superb it was so nice and clean and just a wonderful place to spend the night in. We had a lovely en-suite which was fantastic and very nice and very clean. The breakfast we got was again fantastic all the tea and coffee you wanted, all the juice you wanted, all the toast you wanted it was just ongoing which was fantastic. I would defenetly without any doubt

  The location was perfect for the city centre, close to the Lanes yet quiet. We had a room at the rear so didn't hear any street noise. The only sound was that of children going to/from nursery. We would have loved to stay longer and I'm sure we will visit - Everything was superb from the moment we arrived I.E. arranging the private and secure parking through to the time we left. We especially liked the close proximity to Norwich's shopping and town centre, the castle / museaum, etc. Bed was very comfortable and lovely quite room at back of hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the home made cakes left in the room each day were delicious and a lovely change from biscuits in a plastic wrapper. Highly reocmmended. We will definitely be stay

  This is a "six star" B & B. Everything is a cut above the norm. Parking is excellent, location is excellent, the room & bath are of good size. The linens & beds are the best. Best B & B in the U - Everything provided and even more. Welcoming pot of tea and cake. Everything provided on drinks tray in room - a choice of teas, coffee, even hot chocolate. Biscuits are also provided and a dish of chocolates, all of which were replenished daily. A Nightcap of Sherry and a gift of chocolates when you leave. So comfortable, so clean, so friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional Value for money. We have certainly found a dream place to stay. Absolutely loved it.
