  What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic.   Absolutely first class hotel in every way. The room was excellent, the staff attentive, the breakfast superb and the bar was relaxed with quality wine. - very modern, breakfast was excellent, required more staff to serve coffee/tea only two staff to serve the whole restaurant

  the apartment was complete with cooking utensils and eating cutleries which made our stay so much easier. it's like having your home when you're traveling. there is not much noise heard although it is exactly opposite to the Central station. there is a lot of shops around, thus eating around is not a problem if cooking yourself is not an option. t... 别人怎么说 » ruly is a 5star hotel that really amazes you. my family is totally happy during the stay. really comfortable to stay in and you'll not complaint much. - Completely new hotel with excellent location in the city center. Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

  It was a delightful surprise from start to finish. We were fortunate to book the apartment at a reasonable rate£267 for 4 . I would certainly stay again as would my friends but would like to stay for 2 nights with the right deal. Accommodation was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointin - Hello, I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry) My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon. Once again thank you to all who made my stay so pleasurable!
