We arrived evening 8.30 ish after a long drive, your staff were very helpful and pleasant, they advised where we could eat as the restuarant would be closed by the time we had settled in, our room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was easy, and the dining room fabulous, with it's chandeliers.

Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!

great location. Good value for your money. The front desk was excellent to deal with. My Beatle tour never showed up on the Sunday June 23 as it was previously booked 2 months prior. The young girl at the front desk mentioned the hotel has used 2 tours companies and she helped me book a trip with the Fab Four. Very impressed by her service. Welcome when i arrived was friendly and very warm.
The size of the room i booked.
The huge car park meant my car was safe.
The helpfullness of the staff,even getting an extra heater for our room(it would have been fine for us but my 12 week old son was complaining).
The pub and food downstairs was reasonably priced and tastey,and full of locals.
The bed was super comfy.
The security;we had a room key,corridor key and frobt door key. I felt safe here.
