  Despite only staying overnight didnt really have a chance to see what was available but overall a very enjoyable stay at a reasonable cost. - Food was excellent,leisure facilities were excellent,the staff were very friendly and helpful and overall very relaxing hotel.

  The Olivia was spotlessly clean we were made to feel really welcome the owners were a lovely couple and nothing was too much to ask breakfast was varied and really good quality food and a good amount we stayed in the family room for four and it was a really pleasant room that didn't make you feel like you were away from home .we loved the spacious... 别人怎么说 » bathroom and all in all there was nothing that we could fault .we would and have recommended this hotel to our friends and family and can't wait to g - My husband & I have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Olivia and cannot give it enough praise! The room was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a compact but very adequate bathroom. The owners were excellent hosts and made you feel very welcome. It had a very relaxed atmosphere which was great. Should you be looking for a place to stay in Chapel St Leonards I can highly recommend the Olivia. We have already booked a return visit along with friends.

  the disabled accommodation was the best we have ever used very roomy and well placed the bed comfortable shower room exceptional, good access to room and bar the food was good and not expensive, the locals were friendly the staff excellent and attentive, the host was , 1st rate, great company entertaining and would bend over backwards to help us.... 别人怎么说 » there was a friendly and warm atmosphere in the bar the meals were ample a good price paid if I could rate this on a whole. 100 per cent I havnt foun - A rare Gem, a typical English country Lodge and all that goes with it, Extremely friendly, high comfort rooms and excellent .. Excellent food ! As a seasoned traveller I have not stayed at a better Lodge. I have already booked rooms for our Company for it's next contract in that area. Outstanding and excellent value for money.
