  We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble - The personal welcome. The guesthouse was very clean and well organisedand very comfortable. The owner was very welcoming.

  I was given a cup of coffee and mince pie on arrival. The room was clean, warm and well equipped. This was the perfect place for an overnight stay for work and although Maidstone was only 10 mins away this B and B was located in lovely country surroundings. - A first class service and facility, good location and pleasant surrounding area.

  Our room was large with everything we needed, including a balcony overlooking the channel. The bathroom was also large with a very powerful shower. The staff on reception couldn't have been more helpful.
