The hotel was lovely and full of character. Our room was great, very clean and had a lovely view of the water. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room had another lovely view out to sea. All well maintained. Yarmouth was a lot smaller than thought. We brought the car over with us which we were thankful for as you would need

This hotel is fabulous. Very clean, beautiful linen on super comfy beds, and lots of lovely touches. Big China mugs and a teapot, soft dressing gowns, useful stash of "forgotten to pack" items, iron, mineral water and a little box of mints. I didn't eat breakfast, but others who did said it was very good. My evening meal was excellent although a bit expensive.

The hotel / pub was excellent. We stayed in room 5 which overlooks the sea views. The room was large and had everything you would need for a short stay. We eat both nights in the bar and the food was good at reasonable prices. Breakfast was so good, one of the best we have eaten in the many many stays at hotels throughout the Uk. Well done to all

I really liked all of the lovely friendly staff especially the manager she was absolutely lovely and really made us welcome I wished we were staying longer at that point , they were amazing with my daughter and my boyfriends son and great with our dog. Really understanding.
