The staff were excellent and made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them. The Hotel was furnished well and very comfortable, lovely gardens to relax in if the weather was good and a very nice heated indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent with a big choice and plenty of it. The Fernbank delivers a high quality of service and comfort and we would certainly go back.

Very relaxing stay at the Lakeside Park, all staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and clean. Spa area also very clean and facilities good. Breakfast was excellent, something for everyone and plenty of it. The dining area was also spotless and the staff were very friendly, even early in the morning.
