  An excellent experience and this what a hotel should be like. Staff is excellent and never experienced better treatment even from higher starred hotels. Very friendly and helpful people. It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful. There was free parking which was important to us too.

  We were very pleased with our stay. The tube was walking distance and Central London easily accessible. We were particularly impressed with our meal - compliments to the Chef!   The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Most of the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay which we very much appreciated. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.
