  Rooms are excellent value for the money and I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of cleanliness. Beds are warm and comfortable. Rooms on the ground floor along corridor behind the front desk seem to be in a quiet position, with no evidence of noise from other areas. The hotel was in an excellent position for ease of getting to Motorpoint Arena, which was just across the r - As we walked in the young lady on the reception was very polite and helpful the position of the hotel was excellent there is no parking but we parked in the st davids centre directly opposite the hotel and were there for 20hrs and it only cost £11 if you dont want to take your car the train station is only a 5 minute walk the room was really nice and facilities were very good already planing another stay at the ibis would reccomend value for money especially as it was only a 2 minute walk into

We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system.   This is an excellent budget friendly hotel. Our room was large; very comfortable with arm chairs; and above all serviced throughout our stay. In bitterly cold weather the room remained very warm and cosy. There was hot water to be had from the bathroom facilities at all times. The Breakfasts included in the pppn charges, full E - The room was ideal and we could park outside and bring our luggage in and out. Very warm and comfortable with a very good television. We had a very good meal that evening in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The staff could not be more helpful and replaced the light bulbs in the bedside lamps when I couldn't get them to work. Also the staff came and showed me how to lock the door when I couldn't do it.

  The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Very upmarket feel to the corridors and the room was very nice - Because of my mother we had to have a room for disabled. This was excellent as there were two bathrooms.
