  Tried to make a direct booking but was connected to an automated system which I hate. Hence using letsbookhotel.com. Was attending a funeral and deciding to stay over after a train journey from Essex was a last minute decision so was a bit disappointed at the price. We were given a warm welcome with a candy and coloring kit to my kid. The room was very quiet and had a peacful sleep as they guarenteed!!

  I liked the fact that it was located so close to the city that I couldeasily walk to major tourist attractions.   The hotel is very modern - everything is very clean and new looking. The rooms are a good size - we had a quad and a double, and the quad was huge. Good to have tea-making facilities included. There is a Brewers Fayre next door where you can get a meal, or the breakfast. She gave me advice on local facilities and services she even put me in touch with a local take-away (after supplying various menus).
