  Everything! On arrival we was greeted and showed to our room and the landlady was more than helpful. Paid and got a receipt. Lovely clean beds & room. Excellent Price for what we wanted the room for (Overnight stay), Great Value for us as we are on a budget, Nowhere cheaper and let us have an extra hour check out. It was literally a two minute walk to the beach, it was what you pay for, it's great for a couple of nights break. We would go back again and would recommend this place if your expectations aren't high. Shower didn't work but was fixed within a couple of hours after we told the owners who were really sweet and helpful

  out of the way jewel, lovely and clean, single room was excellent, short walk down to the front near the spa. Owners were great and the breakfast was one of the best. The location is good for those wishing to see the countryside and those wishing to visit the seaside resorts.
