  An absolute joy to stay in; for the price it was fantastic, so much so I will always try to book my time in Hull there! 5 mins walk from the good part of the town. - It's cosy, clean, excellent value and there is so much to eat for breakfast it could keep you going 'till tea. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hull

  This is a hotel which has got the basics right. It has pleasing architecture and the staff are attentive and friendly . It is a most pleasant place to stay and has an ambience of comfort and security.   Please regard us as an immature mature couple. Stayed in the recently-converted hayloft on a cold November night and therefore I am unable to give a comprehensive review. The lady of the house was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The room we stayed was absolutely SPOTLESS and the beds were very comfortable.
