  Excellent, very friendly polite staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome,nothing is too much trouble. Don't be put off by the reviews, the rooms are not the - I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but we had no problems at all. Before going i requested a newly refurbished room and it turned out to be a spacious twin, that was clean, comfortable and quiet. I do agree that the rooms are a little warm and the windows don't really open, but other than that we had a comfortable stay.   The pool and spa facilities were excellent; it was clean and a very pleasant environment. The booking was easy and I liked the fact that no money was taken at the time of booking. The evening meal and the breakfasts that we had were very good and it was really helpful to be able to book a meal on the day we arrived.
