  It met our needs exactly: a small, quiet, comfortable B&B with a friendly hostess - happy to supply information if asked but not forcing her company on us. Spacious bedroom, excellent breakfast. We'd certainly go back if in the area and would recommend it to anyone. Stayed one night in a twin room with my son as he had an exam early in the morning and the hostess couldn't have been more helpful while still being unobtrusive. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean! Facilities include Sky, free Wi-FI and parking. Tasty breakfast with plenty on offer. It is a 15 minute walk into the town centre.
