  We booked the breakfast (first time for us we usually eat out) because we had a business meeting on the Monday morning. I would THOROUGHLY recommend this and will more than likely take advantage of these in the future. Whether you like the "full monty" or just a nice light breakfast - absolutely lovely. All cooked food was fres - The hotel is central to the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, I liked the small but comfortable lobby area, where my daughter and I met a friend for a drink; the bedroom and ensuite bathroom were smart and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast the next morning was well organised and very good. The whole package made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I have since told family and friends that if they ever think of visiting Chester, they must stay in the Premier Inn.
