  The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Chester. The room was modern and clean and the staff were polite and helpful.   When we made the reservation we asked for a quiet room with a good view and to be away from the bar area if possible. We got just that, our room was on the other side of the hotel well away from the kitchen and bar area so it was very quiet, and we had superb views. Could not recommend this place enough - Rooms were lovely, spacious and really comfortable and had hot drink making facilities. We were there for a wedding and the setting is beautiful. Even in this horrible cold, snowy weather the gardens were really well kept. After the bar closed we were allowed to sit in the lounge area and talk so bar staff also great! I'd love to go here again.
