  we payed a little more for a Lakeland room and it was well worth the mony, the only thing we would say is that the room was over the bar and it was a little noisey but that stopped as soon as the bar closed. - Everything! It represented the Lakes environment, it was a simple shelter which had the essentials and no more in a mountainous region.
