Great stay once again, - Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there.

  This is the third time I've had an overnight stay at this hotel in about 6 weeks. It is superb value for money. Very modern/contemporary design - clean and unfussy. Staff could not have been more helpful - this was proven furth - I use the Sleeperz hotels quite frequently and the service in the Newcastle Hotel is by far the best service I have ever seen, Hotel staff are superb and really made me feel welcome, even the security gaurd in the evening was very welcoming and friendly. I checkeed in earlier that expected with no additional charge, room was spotless and an excellent view over the centre. Excellent team working in this hotel. I look forward to my next stay in this hotel the first weekend in May.

Paul and Angela who own the flat were great, really friendly and have great knowledge of the area and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Will definitely be back to stay at the Royal Quays! - The apartment is well furnished and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is spotlessly clean, has free fast wifi and the owners are very friendly and helpful, they obviously know the area very well. A taxi to the centre of Newcastle was £11 fixed fare. The apartment is close to excellent beaches and great restaurants at the Fish Quay. We would definitely re-book if visiting the area again
