all the staff were friendly and helpfull
unfortunately my toast at breakfast had a small amount of mold on it, this did not spoil the breakfast though it was very good

We were travelling for a weekend away. it was perfect , friendly staff, good food and excellent rooms. would deffo stay here again.

Restaurant was amazing, clean modern hotel, nice staff, no complaints about stay at all.
Payment taken when check out but autherise card on arrival which was for room payment only, my bank held on to both payments for 5 days, but that just may be my bank.

Room 210 was very noisy due to kitchen extractor fan. I was told that this would go off at 11pm but I had to complain when it was still going at 11:35pm. We were woke up by the fan at 6:59am when breakfast preparation started.
Attractive building Room was fine
Overpriced Cooked breakfast was awful - cheap horrible sausage and disgusting cheap turkey rashers that were inedible. Noise of kitchen doors under our room kept us awake until late and woke us again early morning. Area wasn't great, tatty road.
Only stayed for a short period but staff were friendly and helpful. A family the next morning were complaining about breakfast but I thought it was good. They seemed to just like the sound if their own voice! I would stay again.

Poor location , very small room, breakfast waiter miserable and not suitable for dealing with customers. not what I would expect from a best western, stopped in a far better premier inn. absolutely no character at all.
